Today marks the start of an extraordinary adventure. Going from home to holiday couldn't be easier with our door-to-door pick up service that is free of charge for journeys up to 125 miles. On arrival at Southampton our team will be waiting to greet you, providing support with check-in and boarding. They'll then be time to explore the ship before we meet for dinner as a group.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, today is the perfect time to explore the ship and check out all the Apex has to offer as we make our way south towards Spain. With many pools, lounges, a state-of-the-art theatre, and unique activity classes, the choice is yours for however you wish to enjoy the day at sea.

If there ever was a seafaring city, La Coruña is it. It's been a port and gateway to world travellers for over 2000 years. La Coruña is the capital of Spain’s Galicia region and boasts some 2000 years of history. Much of it can be discovered along the streets of its “Ciudad Vieja” or Old Town. At the blustery tip of the city looms the Tower of Hercules, a still working Roman lighthouse, built in the 1st century AD, when its beacon marked the very limits of the civilised world.

As one of Europe’s largest fishing ports and maritime centres, this coastal town located in northern Spain is famous for its amazingly fresh seafood. Dine like a local, sampling tapas, the finest oysters, and Galician wines. The Apex will dock only a few minutes from the palm-lined streets of Vigo’s town centre. Our team will assist you when disembarking the ship.

Porto, Portugal’s second largest city after Lisbon, is one of Europe’s oldest and was registered as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. Of course, Porto’s name itself hints at perhaps Portugal’s most famous export—port. This is where the fortified wine was first produced. The city has a rich history and is reminiscent of times gone by. You wouldn’t be wrong to compare it to an ideal Shakespearean backdrop. The skyline is composed of sky-high bell towers, opulent baroque churches, and majestic beaux art buildings, which all create a romantic air that’s only heightened by the glorious shafts of sunlight that illuminate the city.

Some of the best views of the Portuguese capital come as your ship cruises along the Tagus River towards Lisbon. You pass the Belem Tower and the impressive statue of Henry the Navigator. You'll then be escorted on a gentle tour over to the impressive Praça do Comércio Square with an accessible operator who will take you for a wine tasting experience, and of course no trip to Lisbon is complete without a taste of the traditional Pastel De Nata!

While at sea, take the time to recharge before the next adventure. Lounge by the pool, be spoiled at the spa, taste the delicacies at the many available eateries, or explore the unique entertainment venues on-board, until we arrive at the next amazing destination.

Today after breakfast you will arrive in your final port. The Limitless team will be on hand to help everyone disembark and look around this beautiful location. While Bilbao is undeniably a bustling working city, it has long been distinguished by its vibrant old town, which traces back to the 14th century. Navigate the winding alleyways of the Casco Viejo, where you can pause to savour tapas at the numerous outstanding local bars and restaurants. Notable sights in this area include the arcaded Plaza Nueva and the Gothic Cathedral de Santiago. Housing one of Spain's most significant art collections, the Museo de Bellas Artes showcases works from the 12th century to contemporary pieces by artists such as Cezanne, Gauguin, and Francis Bacon.

After a busy few days exploring, today you will be able to sit back, relax, and continue to make the most of the excellent facilities aboard the Apex as we sail towards home. It could be the perfect opportunity to book in for a spa treatment, take part in a cookery class, or sip drinks in one of the many bars boasting stunning views.

After your last breakfast, we’ll help you check-out. Your bags will be taken down by the wonderful Celebrity crew and our care team will be on-hand to assist you in disembarking the ship. From here you will join the transfers back to the pick-up points or your home, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for your next Limitless adventure. We can’t wait to see you again!
