Once favoured by Victorian royalty this seaside town is ideal for a relaxing break with a fine supply of coastline and luxurious hotels.
Holiday Overview
Once an exclusive seaside retreat for Victorian royalty, Bournemouth has since been embraced by the wider public to become one of the nation’s favourite holiday hotspots. While its beautiful beaches are rightly heralded as amongst the best in Europe, the town itself boasts a diverse array of museums and galleries, some of the best restaurants and cafes in the country, and a wonderful, paved promenade that benefits from an enjoyable land train and several accessible cliff lifts.
While your first full day on holiday will centre on Bournemouth seafront and town centre, the second day will take you over to the delightful seaside town of Weymouth for a memorable boat trip. After this we will take you for some fish and chips. We can't visit the seaside without them!
Finally, your disabled holiday in Dorset also includes a trip to Swanage, where we will take you on a steam train ride through the rolling greenery of the Southern coastline. After some time to potter around the quaint coastal town of Swanage we will go for dinner at a historical hotel, where Winston Churchill once stayed.
