Day 1 Travel to Blackpool

We’ll meet you at one of our designated UK pick-up points, help you board our accessible coach and ensure you’re comfortable for the journey. All our coaches benefit from hydraulic lift or ramp access, and wheelchairs can be safely secured in place, so there’s no need to transfer to a standard seat. Similarly, all our drivers have experience working with Limitless Travellers and understand and respect individual access needs.

On arrival, the Limitless Team will help you check in. Then, you’ll have time to relax, unwind and explore your accessible room, before enjoying a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant. Your Tour Manager will round out the evening with a little entertainment for those not quite ready to hit the hay.

Day 2 Christmas Day Celebrations

It is Christmas Day, and we are bringing a Santa’s sackful of festive cheer to make this a holiday to remember. There are rumours Father Christmas may make an appearance, so following a delicious group breakfast, we’ll open a few presents together. If you fancy a little fresh air and want to work up an appetite before lunch, there will also be time for a seafront walk.

The group will tuck into our mouthwatering traditional Christmas dinner, complete with all the trimmings, at the hotel. The celebrations will continue with games and entertainment organised by your fantastic Limitless tour team. Christmas on a Limitless holiday is always a special experience, and a big part of that is the people. Sharing the time with your fellow guests and Limitless staff is an unbeatable way to spend the holiday period.

Day 3 Panto & Blackpool Illuminations

After getting Boxing Day off to the perfect start with a hearty breakfast, you have the opportunity to spend the morning exploring the town at your own pace. Whether you stroll along the promenade or head to the pier, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing seafront walk to blow out the cobwebs.

In the early afternoon, we will head to one of Blackpool’s top theatres for a fun-filled festive pantomime. Make sure you are ready for a little audience participation! Following the show, we will enjoy a classic fish and chips dinner, then board the coach for a tour of the city’s world-famous Illuminations. It is a beautiful end to a wonderfully relaxed day, and nothing says Christmas quite like the bright lights of Blackpool.

Day 4 Blackpool Ballroom & Christmas Market

The Blackpool Tower Ballroom is arguably the UK’s best-known and most spectacular ballroom. Home to the Strictly Come Dancing live special, famous for its ornately decorated ceilings and elegant chandeliers, and beloved for its sprung dance floor, the Ballroom is an unforgettable destination. While there, you will have the opportunity to relax, listen to the live Wurlitzer organ, and indulge with a slice of cake and warming tea while watching dancers glide across the ballroom floor. Of course, you’re more than welcome to show off your own moves, too.

In the afternoon, we will head to one of the country’s largest Christmas markets, where you can browse the diverse stalls and treat yourself to a mulled wine (or two!). Blackpool’s Christmas by the Sea event transforms a section of the seafront into a festive village featuring alpine chalet stalls, incredible light installations and a brilliantly wintry atmosphere.

Day 5 Breakfast & Travel Home

Today, your Christmas in Blackpool tour comes to an end. After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll board the accessible coach and depart for our various UK drop-off locations. How do I book a UK coach holiday?

The first step in the booking process is speaking to a Limitless Travel Advisor on 0800 711 7112. While many Limitless Travellers contact us knowing exactly which coach holiday they want to book, many also call us for advice. We often help our travellers pick out the perfect holiday based on their needs and interests. So don’t hesitate to get in touch, even if you’re not sure which holiday to book yet.

When you’re ready to book, you’ll pay a deposit to confirm your place. The remainder of the balance is payable closer to the departure date. Flexible payment plans are available, allowing you to spread the cost of your holiday.

You will also discuss your holiday and needs with your Personal Travel Advisor to ensure you have the best possible care package and everything has been considered. Finally, the Limitless Care Team will contact you three months before departure to confirm you have all you need, are happy with arrangements, and are ready for your Limitless holiday.

Where are your coach holiday pick-up points?

We operate 45 unique pick-up locations across the UK, including major cities such as Birmingham, London, Bristol and Manchester. So there’s a very good chance we have one close to you.

Not every pick-up location is available on every tour. With this in mind, if you’re interested in a particular coach holiday, we recommend contacting a Limitless Travel Advisor to confirm your nearest departure point. You can reach the limitless team on 0800 711 7112.

On arrival at your preferred pick-up location, keep an eye out for the Limitless Team. We’ll be wearing dark blue Limitless-branded tops and always make sure we’re easy to find. The team will help you store your luggage in the coach and assist with boarding.

What kind of accessible coach transport will I travel on?

We use the same transport provider for all our coach holidays, so we can guarantee a consistent experience and ensure Limitless Travellers’ needs are always met. Our accessible coaches are purpose-built specialist vehicles and all equipped with Hidral Gobel or PLS lifts rated to 300 kg. All drivers have been trained in their use by the coach company’s certified lift technicians.

What can Limitless do if I require additional care and support?

Yes, Limitless helps arrange the rental of equipment for your holiday. We’re always able to source common accessibility equipment, such as shower chairs, mobility scooters, hoists, shower commodes, profile beds, stand aids, and manual and electric wheelchairs. We may also be able to arrange the hire of more specialist equipment, though this is dependent on availability.
